Cornish Challenge 2012 - Silks Bistro
6th February 2012 - Cornwall College
Silks Bistro has made it through to the final of this years Cornish Challenge, competing against 5 other teams for the coveted title. In the first round, the team were tasked to design a 4 course menu using Cornish seasonal ingredients. Now, they will be perfecting their chosen menu, which they will serve two tables of invited guests and the judges on the night of the final. Good luck guys!
